The JenWorth IEP System is a software program designed to assist special educators in the writing of Individual Education Plans and the management of data related to them. Student demographic data along with relevant IEP dates are entered into the Student Data component, and then retrieved automatically by the IEP forms as they are created.The Jenworth IEP System allows IEP forms to be written quickly and easily. As a new form is generated, the student's demographic data is automatically inserted along with relevant dates and other information. In addition, each form contains a battery of user-customized text banks which allow the educator to electronically insert commonly-used information with a mouse click, eliminating the repetitive typing that often occurs when writing these forms.
The program supports import and export of student data, batch printing of multiple forms and students at once, and the generation of over 40 different customized reports of both student data records and/or the status and due dates of various forms.
HyperActive Software redesigned the original user interface and graphic elements for this program, and ported the Jenworth IEP System to both Macintosh and Windows platforms. The result is now a product commercially marketed by The Jenworth Company to school districts and special educators.
